EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

WHAT IS EAP AND WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT? (Please see all companies we serve at the end of this article; keep in mind your place of employment can be added at any time)
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems.
Here are some facts about EAP:
We can have sessions with any spouse or children in the household.
It’s completely confidential; your supervisor or coworkers do not need to know.
It’s FREE for you and your family.
Once approved, you coordinate directly with your therapist or coach.
Helps reduce stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, and more!
Despite these great services being available to millions, only about 10% of employees utilize EAP in the US, and we would like to change that. We have Therapist ready to serve you.
SWCC are proud and passionate EAP providers. You can call your HR or EAP provider and request us as your provider at anytime. Below are some employers we work with to provide EAP services. Please feel free to email, call, or text our confidential line at info@swcchelp.com or 412-204-6934 with any questions or concerns. Please keep in mind we DO NOT provide mental health emergency services and will respond within 24 to 48 hours. If you are having a mental health emergency, please dial 911 or 988 to speak to an emergency professional right away.
ALL EMPLOYERS ARE NOT LISTED. PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOUR EMPLOYER IS NOT LISTED SO WE CAN COORDINATE SERVICES WITH THEM.
